Art in Public Spaces
The City of Broomfield provides opportunities for members to gain public recognition of their artwork through displays in city buildings. The Broomfield Art Guild is a collaborating member of the Broomfield Council of the Arts and Humanites (BCAH).
Below are a list of municipal buildings where member art is currently displayed. New displays of art in municipal buildings are requested several times a year.
Local pizzaria, iPIE, hangs member art in their restaurant, changing artist’s work monthly. iPIE is located at 145 Nickel St., Broomfield, CO 80020
Broomfield Community Center (BCC)
The Broomfield Art Guild and the Broomfield Photo Club rotate displays every three months to show art in the upstairs atrium of the Broomfield Community Center. The Community Center is located at 280 Spader Way Broomfield, CO 80020.
Broomfield Library
The Broomfield Art Guild will be showing artwork at the Broomfield Library from February to mid-April and mid-April through June, 2025. The Broomfield Library is located at 3 Community Park Rd, Broomfield, CO 80020.
Broomfield City and County Building
The Broomfield City and County Building is located at One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020. Artwork is displayed in the front windows of the lobby and the hallway to Motor Vehicles. Art is rotated every 2 months.
iPIE
Infinitus Pie aka iPIE is a local pizzaria with several locations across the Metro area. Broomfield is pizza store #2. Opened in February 2013 the store is a local pizzaria star. Located off the beaten path on Nickel St across from Chipper’s Lanes bowling alley and adjacent to the original Sil Terhar Ford, this quaint location sports a south facing patio that seats 30 and seating for 40 on the inside.
